Born and raised in Seattle, WA USA, Tim Pavino found his niche in the Philippine concert scene after releasing his first independent album, "The OPM Album" in 2013. Since then Tim had joined The Voice of the Philippines Season 2 landing as a Semi-Finalist under Team Lea Salonga in 2014.
